Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 New Promo: Komolika Introduces Twist During Anurag's Engagement, Prerna Breaks Into Tears

For all you Kasautii Zindagii Kay 2 fans, here’s some good news. Brace yourselves for another twist. The show starring Erica Fernandes (Prerna), Parth Samthaan (Anurag) and Hina Khan (Komolika) will soon showcase the lead actor’s engagement. And no, it wouldn’t be with Prerna. To build curiosity, the channel (Star Plus) has released a new promo.
In the video, we see Komolika enter holding an engagement ring and telling Prerna that she should do away with dreaming about getting engaged to Anurag. The latter breaks into tears and then comes the big reveal – Anurag is getting engaged to Komolika’s younger sister, Mishka. But just as Anurag is about to slip the ring in, he holds Prerna’s hand which leaves Komolika and Mishka shocked.

In the current track Anurag and Prerna’s love is blossoming but Komolika is trying to ruin the latter’s happiness. Meanwhile, in an exclusive interview with SpotboyE.com, Erica had spoken to us about bagging the role. “See I can’t use the term lucky. In a way my hard work that has brought this show my way. I would say I’m lucky in the sense that Ekta saw my previous work, and that paid off. I think it was destined to happened like that. Also I’m a strong believer of karma and destiny that you do good, and something good will happen to you.”
She had also spoken about comparisons with Shweta Tiwari who became a star overnight with the original. However, Erica seemed unperturbed. She had said, “I’m sure there will be comparisons and I’m ready for it. What she has done is already seen and discussed by the audience. In my capacity, I will deliver something that fans can relate to now. She was Prerna of that generation and I will be Prerna of the current generation. And I think people of this generation will have a closer connect with my character.”
